Michalados Michalas is a family run business located in the area of Doukades in Corfu.
Originally from 1981 as an individual butcher shop, making the traditional salami (pepperoni) and later developing it into a family, observing all food management systems, having the principle of maintaining the traditional flavor using fresh meat and animal intestines, emphasizing the natural way of maturing but also the traditional binding technique.
Our products, which you will find exclusively in our store, are based on a strict Corfu range such as Tobacco Salamis, Tobacco Nubulus, Smoked Sausage and Smoked Pansetta smoked in a traditional wood-fired oven.
